Once a tenancy has been agreed, contact us about the move-in appointment, handover, inventory information and practical arrangements for your new home. Include your property reference and agreed start date.

What to expect
Covers move-in coordination for an agreed tenancy. Handover times and any required information are confirmed in advance under the relevant written agreement.
Fulfilment
Enquiries and viewing requests are free. We aim to reply within two working days. Contact hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00; Saturday 10:00–14:00, UK local time, excluding UK bank holidays. Derby and Derbyshire. Office visits and viewings are by appointment; specific property arrangements are confirmed in writing.
